Call for Papers

Submission
Proposals are invited for Papers and Poster presentations on the selected themes. Abstracts and inquiries about the conference content should be sent in electronic form (by e-mail) to ise2016@lists.ea.gr by Feb 21st 2016.

Abstracts should be up to 2,000 characters (maximum). Abstracts should be carefully composed and thoroughly checked (in particular the list of authors) to avoid last minute changes. Authors must use the following abstract template.

The submission of an abstract carries with it the obligation that it is actually presented at the conference by the author or, at least, by one of the co-authors, provided that the abstract is finally accepted.

Notification of acceptance or rejection will be communicated to the submitting author by March 9th 2016.

Paper presentations may include research results or reviews of existing results, including empirical or theoretical studies, policy reviews, comprehensive case studies, and presentation of project results, if they are in their conclusive phase.

Posters are welcome about work-in-progress, achievements of initial research, projects in their early stages of development, case studies, etc. Poster presentations will be themed and moderated in related sessions and published in the Proceedings.

Presentations of large scale implementations in science education are also welcome.

English is the official language of the Conference. Interpretation may be provided for plenary sessions and keynote presentations.

All accepted submissions will be published and distributed in electronic format. Selected papers will be published in printed form.

For any accepted contribution to the Conference, at least one of the authors should pre-register in time.

If accepted, the final "camera ready" version must be submitted electronically in accordance with the detailed instructions described here.

Poster presentations will preferentially be displayed for the full length of the Conference.

Failure to meet the deadlines will result to the omission of the submitted work from the printed proceedings and may disqualify an accepted work.
